Made for the Collage Obsessions challenge - Mermaids.  Artful Nudes stamps are Art Chicks Studio, the birds are Stamp'n Up, die cuts are K and Company,  paper is Bo Bunny, Microbeads are Martha Stewart.  

Leonardo tag

Front:  Leonardo tag just for fun to try out my new die cut from Sizzix.  Stamps by Lost Coast Designs.  Inks are Rangers Distress Inks.

Leonardo postcard

Leonardo stamps by Lost Coast Designs.  All the ink is Distress by Ranger.  The German foil is from Art Chicks Studio.    This was made for a Sunday Postcard Challenge - Sepia and inspired by RachO113 - Artful Evidence after I realized my tag I just made was fitting the requirements.  

Center image was raised and given a clear gloss coating to add depth.

Hot summer sunshine

Did this for the Collage Obsession challenge - Yellow.  Used lots of paint.  The stencil was from Scrapgoods (now out of business - and I miss them).  

Under the sea encaustic

BasicGrey stamp on white paper and clear embossed.  Inked with Distress ink, and stamped background.  Top layer  of paper then pealed away.  All this was done by my very artistic cousin - before she discarded and I stole.  Thanks Hailey!  I then sprayed with water to make the ink blend and run.  Covered with a layer of wax and imbedded the fish (from K and Company), strips of stained tissue and microbeads from Martha Stewart.

I'm starting to fall in love with the way wax makes colors more vibrant and muted at the same time.

Texture is a wonderful thing!  I forgot to use Rubnbuff!  UGHHHHH!  What color should I use?  Blue or silver?  Both?

Abundance journal page

This started out as left over background from the Coffee page.  Layers of stickers, antique dictionary pages,  various paper punch left overs, screen from a door repair, stained tissue paper, all adhered with matte gel medium and some with wax.

All topped with, of course, rubnbuff.

Paper is Seven Gypsies, stamp is old discontinued StampnUp, punches are McGill.

Added this angle for the wax drips.
